摘要
在研究层面,目前国内外对馆藏评价存在理论与实践相脱节的问题,而在实践方面,国内尽管已意识到馆藏内容评价,但侧重点还是馆藏形式评价;国外尽管也有类似一些问题,但总体看,较为注重馆藏内容评价。为了更好适应图书馆的转型与发展,馆藏评价的方向应该由粗放化转向精细化,注重馆藏质量评价,即注重馆藏的内容和效用的评价。馆藏精细评价可供借鉴的理论包括"全评价"理论框架、书目控制理论等,方法包括书目核对法、引文分析法、专家调查法等。馆藏精细评价的条件包括培养合格的文献/学科复合型人才,转变观念,给馆藏评价足够的时间。
There is a gap between theory research and practice in the collection evaluation both in China and other countries in the research field. Comparing with the China, the practices of collection evaluation in the foreign countries, the librarians have been aware of the importance of contents evaluation. However, in China, the focus of collection evaluation is on the form.In order to adapt to the transformation and development of the librarianship, the trend of collection evaluation should be from the form to the content and effect, pay attention to the quality evaluation of the collection, that is, pay attention to the evaluation of the content and effect of the collection.The theories of fine evaluation of collection that can be used for reference include the framework of “all-round evaluation”,the bibliography control theory, the list-checking method, citation analysis, expert investigation method and so on. The conditions for the fine evaluation of colection include training qualified talents of literature/subject, changing ideas and giving enough time for collection evaluation.
