考虑配套组件数量的平台创新生态系统的知识共享激励模型

摘要 在平台创新生态系统中,配套组件和平台架构在模块结构上是相互嵌入的,它们的兼容问题要求配套企业必须共享接口知识。配套组件数量对配套企业的知识共享成本有重要影响,因此,平台企业在合同设计过程中,需要考虑配套组件数量对知识共享激励效果的影响。研究表明,合同约定的配套组件数对于配套企业的知识共享不一定具有正向激励作用,只有当配套组件数量大到一定程度数,配套组件数的增加才能激励配套企业进行知识共享。对于平台企业而言,如果在合同中增加约定的配套组件数量,必然要求减少配套企业的知识共享的收益分配系数;此外,只有当配套组件数大到一定程度时,固定支付才是配套组件数量的增函数,平台企业才应当随着配套组件数的增加增大固定支付。 In the platform innovation ecosystem,the supporting components and the platform structure are embedded in the module structure,and their compatibility issues require supporting enterprises to share interface knowledge.The number of supporting components has an important influence on the knowledge sharing cost of supporting enterprises.Therefore,the influence of the number of supporting components on the incentive effect of knowledge sharing should be considered in the process of contract design.This research shows that the number of the supporting components of the contract is not necessarily a positive incentive effect,but only when the number of supporting components is to a certain extent,the increase of the number of components can be used to support the knowledge sharing.For the platform enterprises,if the number of the supporting components increases in the contract,the income distribution coefficient of the knowledge sharing in the supporting enterprises must be reduced.In addition,only when the number of supporting components to a certain extent,the fixed payment is a increasing function of the number of components,the platform companies should increase with the increase in the number of supporting components.
