外源硼酸抑制柑橘采后绿霉病害Penicillium digitatum的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 Penicillium digitatum是柑橘采后主要的病原真菌,对柑橘的贮藏具有极大的危害,因此,寻找有效的防治方法具有重要意义.本研究从腐烂的柑橘中分离主要致病菌之一,经核糖体DNA基因内转录间隔区法进行鉴定后;采用不同浓度的外源硼酸(BA)处理该致病菌,测定孢子萌发率以确定其最低抑菌浓度;并通过生理、生化指标以及果实接种实验,研究外源BA与P.digitatum发育及致病力的关系.实验结果表明:分离的病原菌为P.digitatum;BA的抑菌效果与其浓度成正比;在最低抑菌浓度下,BA可以显著抑制P.digitatum的孢子萌发,延缓其芽管伸长及菌丝扩展速度,降低病原菌生物量积累,引起病原菌糖吸收障碍,并对柑橘绿霉病有明显的防治作用.本研究为柑橘采后病原菌P.digitatum的防治提供了新的方法. Penicillium digitatum is a major postharvest pathogen and is quite harmful to fruit and vegetable preservation.Therefore,it is necessary to search for an effective control method.In this study,the main pathogen is isolated from naturally infected citrus and identified by rDNA-ITS method.Then the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of exogenous boric acid(BA)were confirmed.The relationships between exogenous BA as well as the growth and pathogenicity of the pathogen were evaluated via the assessments of physiological,biochemical indexes and inoculation experiments of fruits.The results indicated that the isolated pathogen was identified as P.digitatum.The antifungal effect of BA had positive relationship with its concentration.Under the MICs,BA could significantly inhibit spore germination,reduce germ tube elongation and mycelium extension rate,lower biomass accumulation,result in sugar malabsorption of P.digitatum,and effectively control green mold of citrus caused by P.digitatum.This study provided a new approach to control P.digitatum.
