摘要
目的比较无托槽隐形矫治器与固定矫治器在口腔正畸治疗中的效果。方法对2013年1月~2014年在我院口腔科采用无托槽隐形矫治器矫治的39例牙列错颌畸形患者进行跟踪观察,并以年龄、性别、矫治前牙列错颌畸形安氏分型及模型PAR指数等配对,将32例采用直丝弓固定矫治器矫治的患者作为对照,比较两组矫治效果。结果两组前牙排列、后牙排列、中线、覆盖、覆颌、咬合关系评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。矫治后1个月、3个月、6个月固定组PLI、GI、SBI较矫治前明显升高(P<0.05);隐形组较矫治前无明显变化(P>0.05);矫治后两组PLI、GI、SBI比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组矫治者固位功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);隐形组矫治期间在美观舒适度、咀嚼功能、便捷程度、语言功能四方面满意度高于固定组(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治器的与固定矫治器相比,主要优点是美观舒适,摘戴方便,有利于牙周健康。但对病例的选择性强,依从性要求高,在口腔正畸方法选择时应根据情况进行选择。
Objective To compare without braces stealth rectification device and fixed appliance in orthodontics treatment effect.Methods January 2013-2014 in our hospital dental use without braces stealth 39 cases of tooth correctional implement rectification column wrong micromaxillary deformity patients for tracking,and with age,sex,and correcting wrong before teeth micromaxillary deformity Ann classification and model PAR index such as matching,32 cases with straight wire bow fixed appliance malocclusion patients as control,compared two groups of rectification effect.Results Tooth arrangement,the two groups after anterior tooth arrangement,the center line,cover,jaw,occlusal score comparison difference has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Treatments after 1 month,3 months,6 months a fixed set of PLI,GI,SBI is correct before increased significantly（P〈0.05）; Contact group is correct before no significant change（P〉0.05）; After treatment for PLI,comparison of GI,SBI similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.And correcting the retention function is similar between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）; Contact group during the treatments in the beautiful and comfortable,chewing function,convenient degree,language features four aspects of satisfaction than the regular group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Without braces stealth rectification device compared with fixed appliance,the main advantage is beautiful and comfortable,wear convenient,is advantageous to the periodontal health.But for cases of selectivity,high compliance requirements,in orthodontics method when the choice should be choose according to the situation.
