摘要
目的评价直丝弓矫治器用于矫治牙列错颌畸形的临床效果,为牙科医师选择正畸措施提供参考。方法从我院2015年12月—2017年12月收治的牙列错颌畸形患者中选择76例作为研究对象,参考患者入院病号奇偶数,按1:1比例划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者38例,对照组矫正治疗时使用方丝弓矫正器,观察组使用直丝弓矫正器,观察对比两组患者矫正效果和治疗时间。结果就矫治效果而言,观察组总有效率为92.11%,高于对照组84.21%,但两者对,比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;相较于对照组,观察组患者安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类矫治完成时间较短,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对牙列错颌畸形患者,行直丝弓矫正器矫正治疗疗效与方丝弓矫正器相当,但其治疗时间较短。
