摘要
针对目前钢管混凝土特性,研究了碳纤维钢骨-钢管混凝土柱在循环荷载作用下的力学性能,制作3个试件进行拟静力试验,并利用有限元软件,分析不同混凝土强度、碳纤维层数、轴压比以及钢管直径因素对柱的受力影响情况进行模拟。结果表明:随混凝土强度在一定范围内的提高,结构承载力提高;碳纤维层数的增多,对构件初期刚度影响不大,极限荷载值有所提高;构件的轴压比在一定范围内越大,试件的极限承载力降低,试件后期越容易出现快速破坏;构件内部钢管直径变大,构件的极限承载力有所提高。综合看出碳纤维钢骨-钢管混凝土柱有较好的延性,具有良好的抗震性能。
Aiming at the characteristics of concrete filled steel tube,this paper analyzed the mechanical properties of carbon fiber steel reinforced concrete column under cyclic loads,3 specimens were tested by quasi static test and finite element analysis software,after which different number of layers of carbon fiber,concrete strength,axial compression ratio and pipe diameter influence on stress of column simulation were analyzed.The results show that with the strength increase of concrete in a certain range,the bearing capacity of the structure also improve;while number of layers of carbon fiber,the initial component stiffness had little impact,and the ultimate load value increased;axial load is bigger than in a certain range,the ultimate load-carrying capacity of the specimen were more prone to rapid destruction;component increase pipe diameter could improve the ultimate bearing capacity.Therefore,CFRP steel reinforced concrete filled with steel tube concrete column has good ductility and seismic resistance performance.
