基于嵌入式技术的矿井安全监控平台构建

摘要 针对传统矿井监测系统成本高、兼容性弱、移动性差、覆盖范围有限等缺点,构建了一款新型的矿井安全监控系统,该系统以ARM9嵌入式芯片S3C2410X为硬件,嵌入式操作系统Linux为软件,重构井下监控分站,用ZigBee无线传感器网络取代有线网络实现井下监测数据的传输.井下的ZigBee数据采集节点负责采集矿井的环境参数、井下工作人员的位置信息,并通过无线网络发送到井下监控分站,井下监控分站通过"CAN总线+以太网"方式将井下数据传输到地面监控中心.实验结果表明,该系统稳定、可靠、实时性好. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional mine monitoring system,such as high cost,weak compatibility,poor mobility and limited coverage,a new type of mine safety monitoring system is constructed. The system uses embedded chip ARM9 S3 C2410 as hardware,embedded operating system Linux as software to reconstruct underground monitoring substation. For better transmission of the underground monitoring data,the wired network is replaced by the wireless sensor network ZigBee. The environmental parameters of mine and the position information of underground workers are collected by the ZigBee acquisition node and sent to the underground monitoring substation through wireless sensor network. The underground data are transmitted to the ground monitoring center through CAN bus and Ethernet mode.The experimental results show that the system is stable,reliable and real-time.
