Design and Implementation of Integrative Monitoring System for Coal Mine

摘要 基于CAN总线的煤矿综合监控系统是集井下环境参数探测、人员考勤和定位等于一体的新型智能监控系统,在未来的煤矿信息化管理领域将有十分广阔的应用前景。根据系统的功能需求和系统构成特点,对系统的监控分站、监控单元、人员定位等部分进行了设计,根据CAN总线通信协议设计出了适合本系统应用的通信协议,降低了系统在软件实现上的难度,使传统安全监控系统和人员定位系统的集成在协议上得以实现。 Integrative monitoring system of coal mine based on CAN bus as a new intelligent monitoring system integrates such functions as underground environmental parameters detection,miner checking on work attendance and miner localization,it will have a wide application prospect in the field of mining information management in future.According to the function requirements and structural characteristics of the system,the monitoring divide,control units and personnel localization system were designed,and a communication protocol appropriate to the system was designed based on CAN bus communications protocol.The difficulty of software implementation for the system was reduced,the integration in the protocol for traditional safety monitoring system and personnel localization system was achieved.
