摘要
对西北地区某铁路车辆段内2处列车整备库的冬季供暖状况进行实测研究。在介绍整备库采暖系统基本情况的基础上,重点分析室内热环境、末端设备运行情况及不同工况下的冷风侵入情况,并对2库的室内热环境及耗热量组成进行对比分析。测试结果表明:建筑采暖系统实际运行情况与设计工况差异较大,热风幕常开、热风机常关,室内供暖主要依靠散热器及未做保温的管道表面散热来实现;由于2库散热器性能存在差异,渗风量相差较大,2库室内热环境差异较大;大门冷风侵入使得近门区域温度较低,通过关闭大门可有效改善这一现象;2库室内垂直方向上均存在较大的温度梯度。
The paper investigates the winter heating performance of two railway depots in the northwest China. The basic information of the heating system was first introduced. Then the indoor thermal environment, the operation of heating terminals and the cold air infiltration rates under different conditions were emphasized. The heating performances of the two workshops and the proportions of heating load were also compared. The results indicate that the operating performances are significantly different from the design conditions of the heating system. The hot air curtain is always open while the auxiliary heaters are usually shut. Consequently, indoor heat mainly comes from the radiator and heat leakage from uninsulated pipes. At the same time, the room temperature near the door is relatively low due to the cold air infiltration through the front door, which can be effectively improved by keeping the door closed. There are significant temperature gradients in the vertical direction for these workshops using radiators for heating.
