摘要
角膜塑形镜是目前世界上控制近视进展的有效手段,其有效性、安全性是眼科医生关注的焦点。本文通过对目前近视防控的不同方法、角膜塑形镜的设计、材料与品牌、近视和眼轴的控制、生物学参数变化、视觉质量、散光及安全性等方面的研究进展进行阐述,客观地认识角膜塑形镜在临床的应用及其前景。
Orthokeratology is an effective method of myopia control, and ophthalmologists payattention to its effica- cy and safely. This article focus on the situation of myopia control in different methods, the design of Ortho-K lens, material and brands, the control of myopia and axial lengths, the change of biological parameter, visual quality, astigmatisnl, safety, etc,in order to know about theapplieation and prospect of orthokeratology.
