摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈︰水=10︰90(0.01 mol/L KH_2PO_4,用H_3PO_4调pH=2.0)为流动相,选用Agilent SB-AQ C_(18)色谱柱,在245 nm波长下定量测定硫代卡巴肼的含量。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差为0.057,变异系数0.06%,平均回收率为99.65%。
The method for quantitative analysis of thiocarbazide by reverse phase HPLC with acetonitrile and water（0.01 mol/L KH_2PO_4, use H_3PO_4 to adjust pH=2.0, 10︰90 as mobile phase, and Agilent SB-AQ C_（18） column, at 245 nm wavelength was developed. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the standard deviations was 0.057, the coefficient of variation was 0.06%, the average recovery was 99.65%.
