低密度泡沫玻璃的制备及其微观结构研究

摘要 泡沫玻璃是以废玻璃为主要原料,以发泡剂、助溶剂和促进剂等为添加剂,经过细碎、粉磨而形成配合料,再经过低温预热、高温熔融、发泡、稳泡、退火等工序形成的内部充满连通或封闭气孔的无机非金属材料。笔者选用(绿色)废瓶罐玻璃为主要原料,以纯碳和CaCO_3为发泡剂,Na_2CO_3、(NaPO_3)_6为添加剂,采用粉末烧结法制备了低密度泡沫玻璃。实验结果表明:以纯碳和CaCO_3为发泡剂,且碳酸钙掺量3.0%,纯碳掺量0.4%,发泡温度840℃,保温时间70min时,制备的泡沫玻璃密度为240kg/m^3左右,样品内部孔径大小均匀一致,孔壁厚度也较薄。 Foam glass is a special glass inorganic non-metallic material full of connectivity or closed internal pores.It is mainly produced by broken glass or waste glass.And blowing agents,co-solvents,enhancers as additive.Batch formed by the way of crushing and grinding.It can be produced after a warm-cold,hot melt,foam,foam stabilization,annealing and other processes.In this thesis,(green)waste container glass is the main raw material,pure carbon and CaCO3 as blowing agent.And Na2CO3,(NaPO3)6 as additive.Low-density foam glass prepared by powder casting.Finally,the results showed that:Pure carbon and CaCO3 as the blowing agent,calcium carbonate content of 3.0%,pure carbon content of 0.4%,and the foaming temperature 840℃,holding time 70 min,foam glass prepared density of about 240 kg/m^3,and the pore size Inside the sample uniform.
