摘要
研究了在泡沫层表面生成一层硬壳层的泡沫玻璃 ,硬壳层的合适厚度范围是 1.5～ 15mm ,其比重为 0 .8～ 1.5 ,泡沫层的比重为 0 .2～ 0 .6。这种泡沫玻璃改进了无硬壳层泡沫玻璃的机械性能 ,具有良好的抗冲击性能、抗折性能和机加工性能。
The foam glass with crust layer on the surface of the foam layer had been studied. The appropriate thickness of the crust layer is 1.5-15mm and the specific gravity is 0.2-0.6. The mechanical performance of this kind of foam glass is much better than that without the crust layer. It has many excellent performances such as good impact resistance , flexural strength and machinability. This kind of foam glass can be used as interior or exterior decorating material and heat-insulating material.
