摘要
随着教育体制的改革和发展,传统的学生管理模式不能满足新时期的要求,要扭转旧有的管理观念,开拓新思路,新办法,构建一套新型的高校服务型学生工作管理模式。打造一支"服务于学生"的过硬队伍,以关爱的角度做好学生管理工作。
With the reform and development of the education system,the traditional student management model can not meet the requirements of the new era. It is necessary to reverse the old management concepts,open up new ideas and new methods,and build a new type of service management model for service students in colleges and universities. To create a ＂service to students＂perfect team and to do a good job of student management from the perspective of caring.
