摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为当前图书馆专利信息服务研究和实践提供参考。[方法/过程]从中国知网(CNKI)检索相关论文,并对论文的时间分布、作者及其机构分布、研究内容进行分析解读,全面展示20世纪八九十年代图书馆专利信息服务的研究状况。[结果/结论]研究发现,国内图书馆在我国专利法实施之前就已经开始关注专利信息服务研究,尤其是公共图书馆率先发文介绍专利文献的收藏、加工整理和利用,高校图书馆随后加入且发展迅速。20世纪八九十年代中后期,受我国专利制度正式实施和信息技术、市场经济发展的影响,图书馆专利信息服务研究曾一度繁荣,研究成果颇丰,及时反映和推动了当时图书馆专利信息服务实践的发展。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for subsequent researches and practices of patent information service of libraries.[Method/process]The paper searches relative papers included in CNKI database, and analyzes these papers’ published time, authors and their institutions, and research contents to overall demonstrate the research situation of patent information service of library in the 1980 s – 1990 s. [Result/conclusion]The study finds that the domestic libraries have begun to focus on patent information service research before the implementation of the patent law in our country, especially the public libraries introduced their patent document collection, processing and utilization first, later the university libraries joined in and developed rapidly. Being impacted by implementation of the patent system and development of information technology and market economy, the library researches on patent information service were once prosperous in the mid and late of 1980 s and 1990 s, with lots of research achievements, which reflected and promoted development of patent information service practices of libraries at that time.
