摘要
文献计量学是用数学和统计学的方法,定量地分析一切知识载体的交叉科学^([1-2])。由于论文发表后,一般在2~3年达到其被引高峰值。因此,本文以2012年科技论文为样本,对2012年国内科技论文机构分布、学科分布、合著情况、基金论文、被引情况等展开分析,为相关部门科学配置人才、投放基金、组织项目和管理成果等提供决策参考。
Bibliometrics is a interdisciplinary science,quantitatively analyzing all the knowledge carriers by means of mathematics and statistics[1-2].After the publication of the paper,it usually reaches its peak citation value in 2~3 years.This paper analyzed the agency distribution,discipline distribution,co-authorship,funds papers and citation situation of domestic scientific and technological paper in 2012,with the scientific and technological papers in 2012 as samples.It provided decision-making reference for relevant departments to scientifically deploy talents,put funds,organize projects and manage results.
