摘要
外伤性视神经病变(TON)是头部钝伤或穿通伤后造成视力受损的临床少见的原因,但可导致视力失明的灾难性后果。不同医师对TON,尤其是对间接外伤性视神经病变(ITON)的处治仍有争论。有主张仅观察不治疗的,有提倡全身激素治疗或视神经管减压的,或两者同时干预治疗的,本文就近10年相关文献和临床实践主流观点给予归纳并提出个人认识。
Traumatic optic neuropathy（TON） is an uncommon cause of visual loss following blunt or penetrating head trauma, but the consequences can be devastating, The management of TON,particularly indirect traumatic optic neuropathy（ITON）remains controversial. Some clinicians favor observation alone, whereas others opt to intervene with systemic steroids, surgical decompression of the optic canal, or both.This paper summarized the related issues of 10 years.
