摘要
文章基于对榆林产妇坠亡事件的反思,从无痛分娩对母婴健康及产科医患关系的影响等方面,阐述了无痛分娩的迫切性和必要性,提出了当前中国普及无痛分娩的现实诉求。对阻碍中国无痛分娩普及的因素进行了分析,包括无痛分娩医疗服务体系内部因素,如人力资源缺乏、相关机制不完善、宣教工作不到位等,以及无痛分娩医疗服务体系外部因素,如守旧的生育观念、不互信的医患关系、市场经济的逐利性等。从医方、政府、公众三方面对有效发挥无痛分娩作用提出了建议。
Based on the reflection of Yulin maternal death event,this article described the realistic appeal for painless delivery by expounding the urgency and necessity from the aspects of the influence of painless delivery on maternal health and doctor-patient relationship. Then the hindrance factors to the popularization of painless delivery were analyzed,which included the defects of painless delivery medical service system,such as the lack of human resources,imperfection of related mechanism and inadequate publicity and education,and the external reasons,such as the conservative concept of birth,the non-trust doctor-patient relationship and the profitability of market economy. Finally,some suggestions were provided from the perspectives of the medical,the government and the public.
