摘要
目的:通过探讨跆拳道运动对人体脊柱机能的影响及在跆拳道运动中平衡能力的重要性,阐明跆拳道锻炼对人体脊柱机能、平衡能力等方面的意义。方法:运用平衡训练测试仪、脊柱电子测量仪(Idiag Spinal Mouse)及八级腹桥测试对20名跆拳道练习者、20名普通大学生平衡能力、脊柱机能及核心力量进行测试研究。结果:跆拳道练习者平衡能力及核心力量与普通学生相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),脊柱的姿势、稳定性及柔韧性都强于普通学生。结论:跆拳道练习有益于人体脊柱机能及平衡能力的提高,并且能提高核心部位肌肉力量。
Purpose:By studing on the influence of Taekwondo practicing on human spine column and the importance of balance ability to illuninacte that Taekwondo does good to human spine function and balance ability.Approaches:17 Taekwondo practicers and 16 common college students are tested on their balance ability spine function and core strength by using Bismarck Super Balance and Idiag Spinal Mouse and 8 abdominal bridge test.Results:The balance ability and core strength of Taekwondo practicers are higher than that of common collegers(P〈0.05)as well as spinal posture stability and flexibility.Conclusion:Practicing Taekwondo can improve balance ability and spinal function,as well as the core muscle strength.
