摘要
以CNKI期刊全文数据库为文献来源,检索出近十年国内有关移动图书馆服务质量的文献,用文献计量的方法,结合CiteSpace软件,分析该研究领域的年代分布、核心作者及机构分布以及关键词,旨在揭示移动图书馆服务质量研究的现状及未来的发展趋势。
In this paper, the articles on the service quality of mobile library in China were retrieved in recent ten years. By means of bibliometrics, combining with CiteSpace software, this paper analyzes the distribution of years, core authors and its distribution of institution and key words. This paper aims to reveal the research status and development trend of mobile library service quality study.
