卡那霉素连续补料发酵工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为保持卡那链霉菌在发酵后期合成卡那霉素的速率,减少发酵初始培养基中碳、氮源浓度,在发酵过程中流加淀粉水解液和酵母粉,控制发酵液pH为6.8,稳定代谢环境,延长发酵周期24h,新配方发酵培养基和补料新工艺,使卡那霉素效价较原不补料发酵工艺平均提高67%,产量平均提高76%. With the aim to maintain the synthetic rate of kanamycin during the late fermentation of Streptomyces kanamyceticus,the concentration of carbon and nitrogen in the initial fermentation medium were reduced.Starch hydrolysate and yeast powder were added in the fermentation process.The fermentation broth was keeping at pH 6.8 and the metabolic environment was stabilized.The fermentation cycle was prolonged for 24 hours. With the new fermentation medium and feed process,titers and yield of kanamycin were increased by 67% and 76%,respectively.
