摘要
目的探讨运动疗法联合赖脯胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取2015年8月~2017年7月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用赖脯胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施运动疗法,两组患者均在治疗前、治疗3个月后进行检查。比较两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化白蛋白(GA)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、体重指数(BMI)及6 min步行试验。结果观察组治疗后的FPG、2 h PG、GA、Hb A1c、TC、TG、BMI均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的下降水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);,观察组治疗后的6 min步行试验距离高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的升高水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后的TC、TG、BMI及6 min步行试验距离与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过运动疗法联合赖脯胰岛素等综合治疗可以降低血糖水平,改善血脂紊乱,减轻体重,提高运动能力,减少并发症,降低心脑血管发病危险。
Objective To explore the curative effect of exercise therapy combined with Insulin Lispro in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From August 2015 to July 2017,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Lispro,while the observation group was treated with exercise therapy based on the control group.Both groups were examined before and 3 months after treatment.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),Glycated albumin(GA),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),body mass index(BMI) and 6 minutes walk test were compared.Results The FPG,2 h PG,GA,Hb A1 c,TC,TG and BMI after treatment in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).The 6-minute walking test after treatment in observation group was higher than those before treatment,and the rise in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,BMI and 6-minute walking test between the two groups after treatment(P〉0.05).Conclusion The combination of Insulin Lispro and exercise therapy can reduce blood glucose levels,ease blood lipid disorders,loss weight,improve exercise capacity,reduce complications and reduce cardiovascular disease risk.
