摘要
针对变电站二次设备室的风机空调群,提出一种自适应控制系统。系统主要由中央控制器和智能插座构成,智能插座安装于二次设备室多个区域,多点采样,实时监控各区域温湿度。制定自适应群控策略,根据设备室内外温湿度,协调控制风机和空调分温度区域的交替运行,充分利用天然冷源,减少空调使用时间,降低电能消耗,延长空调机的使用寿命。经过国内某变电站现场实际应用证明,系统运行可靠,节能效果明显。
An adaptive control system is proposed for the fan and air conditioning unit of the two substation equipment room.The system is mainly composed of a central controller and intelligent sockets,and the intelligent socket is installed in the two equipment room of multiple areas,multi-point sampling,real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in each region.The adaptive control strategy is developed based on equipment,indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity,coordination and control of alternate operation of fan and air-conditioning temperature area,to make full use of natural cold source,reduce the use of air conditioning time,reduce power consumption,and prolong the service life of the air conditioner.Through the practical application of a substation in China,the system runs reliably and the energy saving effect is obvious.
