油基钻屑改质流体燃料技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 根据油基钻井液钻井过程中产生的油基钻屑特性、存在的危害和处理现状,研究采用添加改质剂对油基钻屑进行改质,制备成流体燃料。对改质剂、改质工艺,以及改质流体燃料使用过程中的安全、环保性能进行了研究,对改质后的流体燃料性能进行了评价。研究表明,油基钻屑改质后制备的流体燃料不仅具有流动性好、稳定性好,安全性能高等特点,而且技术工艺简单,可操作性强、处理彻底,可实现油基钻屑"不落地、零污染"资源化利用。现场应用表明:该技术社会及经济效益显著。 Based on the particular characteristics,hazards and treatment situations of oil-based drilling cuttings during the oil and gas drilling process with oilbased drilling fluid,researches have been done on the fluid fuel obtained from adding modifier into the oilbased drilling cuttings. This paper studies the modifier,the modification process as well as the safety and environmental protection properties of modified fluid fuel. And it evaluates the performance of modified fluid fuel. The research shows that the fluid fuel modified from oil-based drilling cuttings has such distinctive features as good liquidity,good stability and high safety performance. With simple process,strong operability and thorough disposal results,the resource utilization of oil-based drilling cuttings can reach the goal of no falling on the ground and zero pollution. Application of this technology shows significant social and economic benefits.
