钕铁硼基体Dy含量变化对晶界扩散的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Dy content variation on grain boundary diffusion of Nd-Fe-B base magnet

摘要 对含有0~4.00%(质量分数)不等量Dy的钕铁硼基体进行了Dy晶界扩散,并分析比较其磁性能、成分以及微观结构。研究发现,所有样品在经过Dy扩散后均提升263.4~316.7 k A/m的矫顽力,且Dy质量分数均增加了0.30%~0.35%左右,与基体初始Dy含量并没有明显关联性。进一步分析发现,不同样品的矫顽力提高幅度并不正比于Dy增加量,基体Dy含量越高,单位量Dy元素的矫顽力提高效率越低。结合EPMA面分布图分析后认为,在不含Dy的基体中进行扩散的过程是晶界区域中Dy从无到有的过程,这时的矫顽力提高效率最高。 Several Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet samples with different Dy contents which ranges from 0-4.00%(mass percent)were prepared and were used as a base magnet for Dy GBDP(Grain boundary diffusion process). The magnetic properties,chemical composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed and compared. It is found that the coercivity of the samples all increase 263.4-316.7 k A/m and Dy contents increase 0.30%-0.35%(mass percent),but the increments are not controlled by Dy content in base magnet directly. A further investigation show that,the Hcjincrements are not proportional to the Dy increments,and the Hcjincrease rate per Dy amount decreases gradually along with the increase of Dy content in base magnets. Considering another factor-EPMA Dy mapping images,Dy diffusion in Dy-free magnet results in a critical transformation of grain boundary structure,which is transformed from Dy-free structure to Dy-containing structure,and it makes the highest Hcjincrease rate.
