摘要
为了鉴别黑毛组石斛与顶叶组石斛,探究石斛组内组间化学成分的相关性与差异性,采用薄层色谱(TLC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)对石斛的化学成分进行分析。建立了各石斛的薄层图谱和指纹图谱,得到石斛指纹图谱的相似度和聚类图,两种方法成功鉴别出鼓槌石斛、黑毛石斛、球花石斛、小黄花石斛和长距石斛,指纹图谱结果显示各石斛品种化学成分差异显著,在Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区中特征性明显,而在组内具有一定的相似性。可以利用指纹图谱谱峰分析与聚类分析对石斛进行分类和鉴别。
It was to identify the Dendrobium of section Formsae and section Chrysotoxae, and to explore the correlation and difference of chemical composition between inter group and inner group. Thin layer chromatography(TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) had used to analyze the chemical constituents of Dendrobium. The thin layer map and fingerprint of Dendrobium were established, and the similarity and clustering map of fingerprint were obtained. Dendrobium chrysotoxum, Dendrobium williamsonii, Dendrobium thyrsiflorum, Dendrobium jenkinsii and Dendrobium longicornu were successfully identified by the two methods. The results of fingerprint showed that the chemical composition of Dendrobium was significantly different, which was characteristic in area II and III, and had some similarity in the group. Dendrobium species could be classified and identified by fingerprint analysis and cluster analysis.
