摘要
采用Python脚本语言对ABAQUS的前、后处理模块进行二次开发,将铣削力依次加载到铣削区域各点,获得延伸机匣让刀引起的加工变形数据。为使仿真结果准确,利用机械力学模型对加工过程中的铣削力进行精确建模。仿真结果符合实际加工中的让刀情况,证明了该铣削力模型和仿真方法适用机匣零件的加工让刀预测,研究结果为此类零件的工装设计提供了指导。
Python scripting language is used in pre-processing module and post-processing module of ABAQUS for secondary development,through loading the milling force into the milling region,the data of machining deformation cause by milling error are obtained. In order to make the simulation results accurate,the mechanical model is used to model the milling forces. According to the simulation results with the milling error of actual processing,the milling force model and the simulation method are proved applicable for the milling error predict of the casing,the research results provided data guidance for tooling design of such parts.
