摘要
由于低刚度零件的低刚度特性,在切削加工中很容易受到切削力、切削热及切削振动等作用而产生加工变形,因此被认为是机械加工中的难题,而采用辅助支撑可以有效减小低刚度零件的变形。本文总结了几种辅助支撑技术在低刚度零件中的应用,很好地保证了零件的加工精度和表面质量。
Due to the low stiffness characteristics of such parts in the machining process, the cutting machining de- formation is appeared with the effect of cutting force, cutting heat and vibration to be considered a difficult machining prob- lem. The auxiliary support can effectively reduce the deformation of low rigidity components. Several auxiliary support tech- nologies to reduce the low stiffness of the part are summarized to ensure the machining accuracy and good surface quality of the part.
