孤立运行光/储微电网中储能变流器暂态功率波动协调抑制策略 被引量:24

A Coordinated Transient Power Fluctuation Suppression Strategy for Power Conversion System in Islanded PV/Storage Microgrid

摘要 光/储微电网在孤岛模式下,储能系统维持微电网内部功率平衡,并保证电压、频率稳定。但当网内负荷发生较大突变时,会导致储能变流器的输入或输出功率突变,造成变流器电流的瞬时应力增大,易引起过流等故障,降低微电网整体可靠性。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于储能变流器与光伏逆变器协调运行的控制策略,该策略利用储能变流器输出有功功率的变化率对光伏逆变器d轴参考电流进行快速补偿,调节光伏逆变器的输出功率,使光伏系统与储能系统同时响应网内负荷的变化,从而达到抑制储能变流器暂态功率波动的目的。建立了包含储能变流器、光伏逆变器、光/储协调控制系统、网络和负荷的微电网小信号模型,分析了系统的稳定性。利用Matlab/Simulink对光/储微电网进行仿真,并搭建光/储逆变器并联实验平台,不同工况下的对比仿真和实验结果验证了所提协调控制策略的有效性。 Power conversion system(PCS) for energy storage is responsible for maintaining the power balance and the stability of voltage and frequency of the islanded microgrid(MG). However, the input or output power of PCS mutation and the instantaneous stress of the converter current will be increased greatly when the load is suddenly changed, which may result in the overcurrent fault of PCS, and deteriorate the reliability of the islanded MG. In this paper, a coordinated control strategy for PCS and photovoltaic(PV) inverter based on PV/storage MG is proposed. The differentials of output active power of PCS is calculated and used to compensate the d-axis current of PV inverter. In this way, the PV system is controlled to respond the change of load with PCS simultaneously, thus the transient power fluctuation of PCS is suppressed. The small signal model of PV/storage MG including PCS, PV inverter, coordinated control system, network and load is established to analyze the system stability. The PV/storage MG is simulated by Matlab/Simulink, and built the experiment platform of PV/storage inverter, the effectiveness of the coordinated control strategy is verified by the simulation results based on different scenarios and experiments on the laboratory platform with two inverters.
