摘要 由甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG-2400)、甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯(VPEG-2400)、减缩醚类单体、丙烯酸(AA)等制备了一种减水型减缩剂(PCA-R)。以分形理论为基础,计算空白试样与掺PCA-R的水泥胶砂在龄期3 d、7 d、28 d的分形维数,分析分形维数与力学性能的关系。试验结果表明,水泥水化产物具有自相似性,利用Matlab软件和相关计算方法可以计算出水泥胶砂的分形维数,更深入的揭示了水泥胶砂微观结构对力学性能的影响,为水泥水化产物模型构造提供重要依据。 SRA with water-reducing (PCA-R) is synthesized by methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (HPEG-2400) , methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene (VPEG-2400) , reduced ether monomer, acrylic acid (AA) Based on fractal theory, the fractal dimension of cement mortar which is the blank and with PCA-R are calculated at 3 d, 7 d, 28 d, and the relationship between fractal dimension and mechanical properties are analyzed. Experimental results show that cement hydration products have serf-similarity, fractal dimension of cement mortar can be calculated quickly by using Madab software and relavent calculation methods, the effect of microstructure on mechanical properties thus can be explained more strongly, which provides an important basis for building hydration product model. The calculated fractal dimension of cement mortar has a linear correlation with the mechanical properties.
