黄芩苷对LPS诱导流产小鼠母胎界面免疫微环境的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察黄芩苷对LPS诱发流产小鼠的母胎界面免疫微环境的影响,为黄芩"清热安胎"提供理论依据。方法随机将SPF级受孕鼠分为正常对照组和试验组,试验组制成LPS流产模型,并随机分成LPS模型组和黄芩苷治疗组。分别比较3组胚胎着床数、子宫除胚重量和ELSIA测定的子宫组织中INF-γ和IL-4数值的变化。结果提前使用黄芩苷干预治疗组,胚胎着床率高,流产率及吸收率显著低于LPS模型组(P<0.01),除胚后子宫体质量大,测定小鼠子宫组织中的INF-γ含量显著低于LPS模型组(P<0.01),IL-4的含量为3组中最高值。结论黄芩苷既可降调母胎界面INF-γ的分泌,又能激发IL-4的活性,使其含量明显提升,最终调节母胎界面微环境向着Th2占优势的平衡转变,具有良好的安胎效果。 Objective To observe the effect of Baicalin on maternal fetal interface immune LPS induced abortion mice micro environment,and provide a theoretical basis of "clearing heat and preventing abortion" for scutellaria.Methods SPF pregnancy mice were divided into normal control group and experimental group.Experimental group were made into LPS model of abortion,and divided into LPS model group and baicalin treatment group.The number of embryo implantation,the weight of uterus removed embryo and the changes of INF-γ and IL-4 in the uterus tissue determined by ELSIA were compared between the three groups.Results The three groups found that early use of baicalin intervention rats,embryo implantation rate,abortion rate and absorption rate was significantly lower than that of LPS model group(P〈0.01),in addition to the embryo after uterine weight,INF-gamma determination of uterus of mice in the model group was significantly lower than that of LPS(P〈0.01),the content of IL-4 for the three groups in the highest value.Conclusion Baicalin has obvious curative effect on abortion mice induced by LPS,which can secrete INF-γ tone,can stimulate the activity of IL-4,the content is increased,the shift in the balance of final adjustment of the maternal fetal interface microenvironment toward the dominance of Th2,has a good effect of an embryo.
