摘要
提高电流效率和降低直流电耗是电解铝生产最终目的,因此全世界铝厂都在各参数搭配上追求电、磁、热、力、流五场的平衡,来达到最终目的。将各参数根据相关性汇成九图,利用全新的多参数分析方法对九图进行分析,定期分析出420kA电解槽五场变化趋势,同时采用统计过程控制方法对电解槽参数进行调整。通过8个月的试验,与同期对比槽相比,MA-SPC法增强了各参数的稳定性,减少了参数波动,电流效率增加1.29%,直流电耗减少121kW·h/t-Al。
The ultimate performance targets in primary aluminum production ate increasing current efficiency and reducing DC power consumption.There-fore aluminum smelters in the world pursue a balance of five key factors-electric,magnetic,thermal,force and flow factors when setting and adjusting production parameters,in order to pursue their ultimate performance targets.These parameters are combined according to their correlations into nine dia-grams or "9-plot".A new multivariate analysis method is used to analyze the "9-plot",periodically assessing the trends of the five factors on 420kA pots,at the same time using statistical process control method to adjust pot parameters.During an 8-month trial,compared to reference pots during the same period,the MA-SPC method increased the stability and reduced variation in these parameters,increasing current efficiency by 1.29% and reduc-ing DC power consumption by 121kW· h/t-Al.
