浅谈优化铝电解测定和分析、工艺技术管理和自动控制协作模式

摘要 现行的铝电解测定、工艺技术管理和微机控制协作模式(以下简称测、管、控模式)已经为铝电解技术的进步奠定了较好的基础,但是它们之间在实践生产中的协作关系是否最优,值得商榷。本文就现有铝工业一般管理模式,结合对铝电解最新创新管理策略,抽象地提出了一种协作关系更密切、更趋合理的管理策略模式,供同仁探讨。 The current aluminum electrolysis measurement,process management,and PC auto-control collaborative mode have already established a preferable foundation for development of industrial aluminium electrolysis process.However,it is necessary to find out whether their relationship among them is optimal for practical production.Focusing on the existing normal management mode for aluminium industry, and combining the strategy of the latest created management for aluminum electrolysis,this paper abstractly presents a new collaborative relationship which is a much closer and more rational management strategy mode.This is for reference to all managing colleagues in aluminium industry.
