摘要 微圆管在3D打印中由于液滴的冲击以及结构自身重力可能会产生变形甚至坍塌,最终得到的可能是一根椭圆管。本文提出了一种变形预测方法,该方法将待打印的圆管截面等效为一端固定一端为自由端的弹性曲梁,在打印过程中,可以将圆管的变形过程等价为曲梁的变形过程,从而通过该方法预测其变形后路径,并对其进行补偿,最终得出打印路径轨迹。本文最后采用有限元对该方法进行了仿真验证,结果证实该方法获得的轨迹打印出来的圆度误差在5%以内。 In the process of microtube 3D printing, the impact of the liquid drop and its own gravity of structure may cause the deformation or even collapse of a tube, which may result in the fact that an elliptical tube might be got. A method to predict the deformation of the tube is presented. The round tube is equivalent to a curved beam where one end is fixed and another end is free, so the deformation of the round tube can be seen as the curved beam's deformation. Finally, the finite element method is used to validate the method and the results show that the roundness deviation of the path predicted by this method is about 5% .
