摘要
以圆弧拱跨越长输管线为研究对象,考虑当存在内压、温度、风载荷及自重时的非平面弹性大变形问题,以Kirchhoff理论为基础,考虑中心线的拉伸变形及变形的非线性,通过打靶法求出管道力学特性的非平面边值问题的数值解,绘出了内力与变形沿管长的分布,并与只考虑线性小变形用力法得到的内力结果进行比较,发现当存在较大位移时,用力法计算的在主坐标系内的x方向的剪力与弯矩远比精确值要小,而z向的轴力与扭矩及y向的弯矩比精确值要大。此结果可对长输管线的设计提供理论依据。
The mechanical characteristics of circular arch span pipelines under the loading of pressure, temperature, deadweight and wind are obtained by a shooting method. In order to solve the nonlinear boundary-value problems, the Kirchhoff theory is used. The large nonlinear displacement of center line and axial extend is considered. The internal forces and displacements are calculated by the shooting method in the form of the numerical solution and its distributions along the pipeline are shown by pictures. Under the condition of a large displacement, the shear force and bending moment obtained through shooting method in the direction of x are far smaller than the results calculated by force method. But the axial force and torque in the direction of z, the bending moment in the direction ofy obtained through shooting method are far bigger than the results calculated by force method. The results can be applied as the theoretical guideline in the design of long transport pipeline.
