摘要
运用个案研究方法从社会文化活动理论视角探究教师职业能动性。通过课堂观察和访谈,对比分析3位高校英语教师的课堂具体表现和职业生活,探讨教师职业能动性的践行方式和影响因素,以期为大学英语教师能动性研究提供一个新的研究视角,促进教师的专业发展。
With a perspective of sociocultural activity theory,this paper makes an inquiry into college English teachers' professional agency by using a case study.Through the classroom observation and interview,this paper makes a comparative analysis of three college English teachers' classroom performances and professional life to explore the influencing factors of professional agency and its ways of practice.This paper intends to provide a new perspective-sociocultural activity theory for the study of college English teachers' professional agency and enrich the research of teachers' professional development.
