摘要
目的探究早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复。方法选取本院于2015年4月至2017年7月接受的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,将随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=50)采用常规护理,观察组(n=50)采用早期康复护理。两组患者通过常规护理及康复训练后,针对两组患者的康复情况予以疗效评价。结果(1)组间Barthel指数评分对比:观察组患者的Barthel指数评分(65.14±11.68)分明显高于对照组(48.56±12.65)分,组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义;(2)组间肌力恢复对比:观察组患者的上肢肌力(84.00%)、下肢肌力(92.00%)恢复情况明显优于对照组(44.00%)、(36.00%),组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论早期康复护理能增强患者的肢体功能,有效提升患者的生活自理能力,有推广价值。
Objective：To explore the rehabilitation of limb rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from April 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group（n=50） received routine care and the observation group（n=50） received early rehabilitation care.Two groups of patients through routine care and rehabilitation training,the rehabilitation of patients for the two groups to be evaluated.Results（1） Comparison of Barthel index between groups：The Barthel index score（65.14±11.68） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（48.56±12.65）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）（2） Comparison of muscle strength recovery between groups：The recovery of upper limb muscle strength（84.00%） and lower limb muscle strength（92.00%） in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（44.00%,36.00%）,There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Early nursing care can enhance the limb function of patients and effectively improve the self-care ability of patients with the promotion value.
