摘要
本研究以两种上油量PAN纤维为研究对象,采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征手段,考察了上油量对预氧化纤维结构与性能之间的关联。不同上油量的PAN原丝在后续的工艺中结构和性能会发生变化,进而对预氧化过程产生影响。结果表明,PAN原丝上油量在1%左右时,预氧化过程中产生的纤维性能较优异。
In this study,two PAN fibers with different oil were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),infrared spectra(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)characterization methods,and the relationship between the oil amount and structure and propertie of preoxidized fiber was thus discussed.Obviously,different amount of oil in PAN fibers results in the different pre oxidation reaction,as well as the structure,and properties.Results show that the PAN strand oil quantity of around 1% leads to the excellent preoxidation process.
