摘要
将聚乙二醇大分子引发剂(PEG5KBr)和二丙烯酰胺乙氧基二硫化物(BADS)分别作为引发剂和交联剂,以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为疏水性单体,采用逆向增强-原子转移自由基聚合得到新型的两亲性嵌段共聚物。通过核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对聚合物的组成和结构进行表征;由动态光散射和透射电子显微镜测试聚合物自组装产物的尺寸和形貌。结果表明:聚合物组成为PEG1-PBMA45-PBADS5,数均分子量为20900,呈现出独特的多线性-环化和枝化分子结构,其中枝化度为11%,环化度为27%。聚合物能够自组装成40nm左右、具有还原响应性的球形胶束。
A novel amphiphilic block copolymer was synthesized by deactivation enhanced atom transfer radical polymerization(DE-ATRP)with poly(ethylene glycol)macroinitiator(PEG5 KBr)as initiator,bis(2-acryloyl)oxyethyl disulphide(BADS)as crosslinker,and butyl methacrylate as hydrophobic monomer.The composition and structure of polymer was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and gel permeation chromatography.The size and morphology of self-assembly product were characterized by dynamic light scatter and transmission electron microscopy.The composition of polymer was confirmed to be PEG1-PBMA45-PBADS5 with a number average molecular weight of 20900.And the structure was identified to be multi-linear-cyclized branched,and with a branched percent of 11% and a cyclized percent of 27%.The polymer was successfully self-assemble into spherical micelle with an approximate size of 40 nm.
