摘要 MSJ5.8/1.6D型竖井掘进机是国家863重点科研项目,是目前国内最大的竖井掘进机。介绍了该竖井掘进机设备参数、工作原理以及装配工艺。设备上装配的零部件体积庞大、质量大、加工精度高,各零部件配合精度高。在装配之前,对装配工艺进行了分析研究,制定出一套切实可行的装配方案。设备的装配分两大部分来进行:支撑推进系统和驱动系统;通过化整为零的方式,对装配中可预见的困难各个击破,最终顺利完成了装配工作。 An MSJ5.8/1.6 Dtype mine shaft boring machine was one of the national 863 key research and development program and is the largest mine shaft boring machine in China.The paper introduced the equipment parameters,working principle and assembling technique of the mine shaft boring machine.The components and parts assembled on the equipment were large in volume,high in weight and high in machining accuracy.The fitting accuracy of each parts was high.Before the assembling,an analysis study was conducted on the assembling technique and a set of a practical and feasible assembling plan was set up.The assembling of the equipment was conducted on two major parts,including the propulsion system and driving system.With a method to break up the whole into the parts,thus the expected difficulties in the assembling process could be broken up one by one and finally the assembling work was successfully completed.
