摘要 在对矿山井筒向深部发展、普通凿井法下井作业人员多与安全事故频发、钻井凿井法仅适合冲积层为主的地层条件、隧道掘进机与反井钻机等机械破岩技术及装备发展迅速等分析的基础上,结合国家"十二五"科技发展规划,提出和进行了矿山竖井掘进机研制及机械破岩凿井新工艺研究。针对有导孔竖井掘进机的特点,研发了机械破岩竖井掘进机凿井工艺,给出了主要技术参数,确定了竖井掘进机推进、旋转、支撑、破岩等主体结构型式、电液伺服系统控制方法以及加工制造工艺,分析了竖井掘进机、吊盘、提升等系统在井筒的空间布置。研究成果将为竖井掘进机的试验与应用打下坚实的基础。 Based on analyzing of mine shafts continuously extending to deep formation, taking more underground working staff and frequently occurring safety accidents in conventional shaft sinking method, shaft drilling method being suitable for the alluvial formation condition only, mechanical rock breaking technology and equipment (such as tunnel boring machine, raise boring machine, etc. ) developing rapidly, and combined with national "twelfth five-year" science and technology development plan of the People's Republic of China, the development of mine shaft boring machine and the research on new technique of mechanical rock breaking were put forward and carried on. According to the characteristics of shaft boring machine with a guide borehole, sinking technique of shaft boring machine with mechanical rock breaking was researched and developed~ main technical parameters were given; main structure types of thrust system, rotary system,support system, rock breaking system and so forth, the control method of electro hydraulic servo system and processing and manufacturing processes of shaft boring machine were determined;spatial arrangement of shaft boring machine,hanging scaffold,hoisting system in wellbore was analyzed. Research results will lay a solid foundation for test and application of shaft boring machine.
