摘要
目的:采用Meta分析法评价红景天对实验大小鼠急性肝功能损伤保护作用的有效性。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed外文数据库,收集1990~2017年有关红景天对实验大小鼠急性肝功能损伤保护作用的随机对照研究的文献,把符合纳入标准的12篇文献作为Meta分析对象,选择血清中ALT、AST、SOD、MDA为效应指标,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果:红景天干预组改善血清酶谱方面与模型组比较有显著性差异,即红景天对肝功能损伤大小鼠有明显的保护作用。结论:红景天对肝功能损伤大小鼠有明显的保护作用,可为临床使用红景天治疗急性肝功能损伤提供用药参考。
Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of Rhodiola on the protective effect of acute liver injury in experimental mice by Meta analysis.Methods：The relevant literature on the protective effect of Rhodiola on acute liver injury in experimental mice 1990-2017 were collected by searching CNKI,VIP Chinese science and technology periodical full-text database,wanfang database,China biology medicine disc（CBM）,Pubmed foreign language database.Twelve articles meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects of Metaanalysis.Serum levels of ALT,AST,SOD and MDA were selected as the response indicators and analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results：Meta-analysis showed that Rhodiola intervention group significant improved serum zymogram compared with the model group,Rhodiola on liver injury in mice with significant protective effect.Conclusion：Rhodiola has obvious protective effect on mice with liver function injury,and it can provide reference for the clinical use of Rhodiola in the treatment of acute liver injury.
