摘要
学生事务管理是学生实现各项能力综合发展的重要保障,其影响因素不容忽视。通过对5所高职院校学生的调研分析,性别、学校、专业、学生干部身份等个体变量对学生事务管理的满意度影响显著,年级和政治面貌影响不显著;学生发展、制度规范、校园服务、民主参与和教师工作对满意度的影响显著。基于此,可从"育人"向"为人"、"管治"向"善治"、"形式"向"仪式"、"小众"向"大众"、"谋业"向"敬业"转变来促进学生事务管理满意度的提升。
Student affairs management is an important guarantee for students to achieve their abilities of comprehensive development,and its influencing factors should not be neglected.A survey of five higher vocational colleges shows that gender,specialities,and student cadres have a significant influence on the satisfaction of student affairs management,but the grades and political orientation not.In addition,student development,institutional norms,campus service,democratic participation and teachers＇ work have significant influence on the satisfaction of student affairs management.It is helpful to transform from ＂passive education＂ to ＂active education＂,＂governance＂ to ＂good governance＂,＂form＂ to ＂ceremony＂,＂niche＂ to ＂public＂ and ＂negative＂ to ＂dedicated＂ to promote the transformation of student affairs management satisfaction.
