摘要
王瑶水库是高含沙河流上以供水为主要目标的水利枢纽,入库水流多年平均含沙量高达236 kg/m^3,为了保证敞泄排沙期间的供水,工程设有配套的红庄调蓄水库作为反调节库。在水沙特性分析的基础上,对影响王瑶水库运用方式的关键因素进行了研究,并采用数值模拟的方法,对不同运用方式下王瑶水库的泥沙冲淤过程和水沙调节过程进行了分析计算,通过多方案优化比较,最终确定王瑶水库的合理运用方式为汛期定期相机敞泄排沙,即汛期7月1日至8月24日内期间,若遇入库流量大于5 m^3/s,并且含沙量大于200 kg/m^3的情况,水库进行敞泄排沙,敞泄排沙期间供水任务由红庄水库承担,其余时间水库蓄水运用。
The Wangyao Reservoir is a hydropower station located on a sediment-laden river for the purpose of water supply. The annually averaged inflow sediment concentration is 236 kg/m^3. To ensure the safety of urban water supply in sand sluicing period,The Hongzhuang Reservoir had been equipped as a reverse regulating reservoir. Based on the analysis of water and sediment behaviors,this paper made a study on the critical factors affecting operation patterns of the Wangyao Reservoir. By using numerical model to carry out the calculation of deposition processes and runoff regulation process of the Wangyao Reservoir. Finally,a reasonable operation pattern of the Wangyao Reservoir was established by the optimization comparison of multi program. If the inflow discharge exceed 5 m^3/s and the sediment concentration exceed 200 kg/m^3 during the flood season( from July 1st to August 24 th),the Wangyao Reservoir will be used for desilting,and the Hongzhuang Reservior could relay the water supply works at the same time.
