摘要
为了减轻渭河下游淤积和控制潼关高程,三门峡水库"蓄清排浑"控制运用以来非汛期最高运用水位不断下调,2002年11月开始进行非汛期控制最高运用水位不超过318 m的原型试验,有效改善了库区的淤积部位。分析表明,1974年以来潼关以下库区年际冲淤变化在-1.357~1.487亿m^3,年均淤积0.051亿m^3;非汛期淤积分布呈两头小中间大,淤积主体随着最高运用水位的降低向坝前推进;淤积影响范围与最高蓄水位呈正相关,淤积末端随最高蓄水位下降向坝前推移。2003年以来库区淤积重心下移到黄淤12断面-黄淤30断面区间,淤积末端在潼关下游20 km处,潼关河段处于自然河道演变状态。
The operation mode of "storing clear and releasing muddy" has been applied to relieve the sediment deposition in the lower reaches of Weihe River and to control the elevation at Tongguan Station,. The maximum pool level of Sanmenxia Reservoir in the non-flood season has been constantly lowed. In November 2002, a series of prototype experiments on Sanmenxia Reservoir were carried out to control the maximum operating water level not exceeding 318 m in non-flood season. The location of deposition in the reservoir was improved effectively. Experiment and analysis indicated that the annual scour and deposition variation in the reservoir area below Tongguan is-135.7~148.7 billion m^3, average annual sediment deposition is 0.051 billion m^3. The deposition distribution in the non-flood season is small at both ends and large in the middle. The main body of deposition advances to the front of the dam with the lowering of the maximum pool level. The influence range of deposition is positively correlated with the maximum water level. The end of deposition moves forward to the front of the dam with the highest water level lowering. Since 2003, the gravity center of deposition in the reservoir area has moved down to the region of "HY12-HY30", the end of deposition has been 20 kilometers downstream of the Tongguan Station. The Tongguan Reach has been in the state of natural fluvial processes.
