摘要
结合导热油系统在某LNG储配站项目的应用,简述了导热油管道的危险性。从火灾危险性、管材选用、绝热材料三方面探讨了设计导热油管道时容易忽视的几个问题。详细论述了导热油管道火灾危险性的定义,管道及管道组成件的选择和不同绝热材料的选用及计算。
Combined with the application of heat transfer oil system in LNG distributing station, the risk property of heat transfer oil pipeline was briefly introduced in this article. From three aspects of flammable risk, pipe material selection and insulator material selection, several issues which are easy to neglect in the design of heat transfer pipeline were discussed. Then the definition of flammable risk, the selection of materials for piping and fittings, and the selection of different insulator materials as well as the calculation were stated in detail.
