摘要
介绍了基于内压、弯矩、扭矩组合载荷作用下的含未焊透缺陷压力管道的安全评定方法及其步骤。重点阐述了运用Qt对ANSYS进行的封装方法,以及程序与ANSYS的交互方法和计算中的数据流向,探讨了一种可行的工程数据存储格式和通过Qt操纵工程文件的方法,介绍了程序用户界面的构建方法,并且展示了主要的用户界面,最后建立了完整的压力管道安全评定系统软件,给出了部分重要的程序代码,经实践应用验证软件效果良好。
The safety assessment method and procedure of pressure pipelines with incomplete penetration defects and being acted by combined loads of internal pressure,bending and torsion moment and containing were presented,including ANSYS encapsulation through Qt and the interaction mode between software and ANSYS and the direction of data stream.The format of saving project data and the method of operating it through Qt were discussed,and the method to build and display user interface and to give some codes of this software were presented to complete safety assessment software.The application in practice proves the sound effect of the software.
