摘要
基于灾害风险管理视角,构建陕西省农业水贫困评价指标体系,借助以综合赋权为基础的模糊物元模型测算陕西省10个市的农业水贫困指数,并结合标准差椭圆和重心坐标方法,定量刻画了2000-2016年陕西省农业水贫困时空分异特征。结果表明:1)2000-2016年陕西省农业水贫困现象趋于好转,且各市差异程度逐渐缩小,整体趋于协调发展,西安和安康"减贫"效果显著,榆林和延安是农业水贫困的"重灾区";2)陕西省农业水贫困标准差椭圆空间分布总体呈"北(偏东)—南(偏西)"的空间格局,重心轨迹由咸阳市东部向其东北部移动。
Based on the perspective of disaster risk management, the evaluation index system for agricultural wa- ter poverty in Shaanxi province was constructed. With the fuzzy matter - element model based on comprehensive empiricism, we comprehensively measured and calculated the agricultural water poverty index. Then Standard Deviation Ellipses and Baryeentric Coordinates Method were applied to project and visualize the evolution of the agricultural water poverty in Shaanxi province from 2000 to 2016. The results show as follows : ( 1 ) The agricul- tural water poverty tended to be better from 2000 to 2016, and the degree of difference among cities were gradu- ally narrowed, and the overall development tended to be coordinated with each other. The effect of " poverty re- duction ~ was significant in Xihn and Ankang; Yulin and Yan' an were the major obstacle power of '~ poverty re- duction " (2) Viewed from rotation angle of the Standard Deviational Ellipses, the agricultural water poverty presented a North (by east) -South (by west) spatial distribution pattern. Viewed from the track of the center of gravity, the center of gravity of the agricultural water poverty in Shaanxi was moving from the east to the north- east of Xianyang.
