摘要
在总结前人水贫困研究的基础上,构建湖南农村水贫困测度模型,并以湖南省农村县域为评价单元,对其农村水贫困进行定量测算,并对湖南省农村水贫困的时空演变格局和驱动机制进行分析。结果表明:近10年来,湖南农村水贫困整体上呈"U"形变动趋势;湘中、湘西南为湖南农村水贫困的低值区,水贫困问题较为严重,湘西大部、湘东和湘南局部则为水贫困高值区;近年来湖南农村水贫困整体趋于改善,湘西等山地区改善速度较慢;通过聚类分析把农村水贫困的驱动因素分为4种类型;造成农村水贫困的驱动因素存在较大的区域差异。
Tile theory of WPI was used in Hunan Province and data for analysis were collected from Hunan Statistical Yearbooks and Hunan Water Resources Bulletins. Results showed that: 1 ) The change of water poverty is rendered as U-shaped of the whole Hunan in recent 10 years. The WPI has descended slowly during 2000--2006 and the WPI has gone through the reverse process from 2006 to 2012; 2) The spatial distribution of WPI existed se- rious regional differences. High value areas distributed in most of western Hunan Province, east of Hunan Province and part of south of Hunan Province. But they have different driving factors of water poverty which a higher level of economic development is the main reason of eastern Hunan and abundant water resources is the main reason of west- ern Hunan;3 )Low value areas distributed in the central region and southwest region of Hunan Province which are the most poverty areas of water resource in Hunan Province ; 4) In recent years, Hunan rural water poverty has im- proved greatly. However, some mountain regions such as west of Hunan Province improved slowly which will be- come the water-poor focus regions in the future. 5 ) Through cluster analysis, it was found that driving factors of wa- ter-poverty in rural regions can be divided into four types, the driving factors of water-poverty varied significantly in different types.
