摘要
C—N键构筑是有机合成的基础,对于药物分子、天然产物地合成和多功能材料地开发等具有重要作用,因此受到了广泛关注.近年来,利用四丁基碘化铵/过氧化叔丁醇的无过渡金属催化体系来构筑C—N键取得了诸多进展.该策略反应条件相对温和,反应选择性好,为C—N键构筑提供了一条经济、高效的途径.根据氮源类型的不同,对近年来四丁基碘化铵/过氧化叔丁醇促进的C—N键构筑的研究进展展开论述.
The construction of C--N bond is the foundation of organic synthesis, which plays a significant role in the synthe- sis of drug molecules, natural products and functional materials. Accordingly, it has been received much attention. Recently, the remarkable progress has been made in construction of C--N bond by using n-BuaNI/t-BuOOH under transition-metal-free condition. Due to the relatively mild reaction condition and excellent selectivity, it provides an economy and efficient approach to construct C--N bond. In this review, the recent advances in this area are summarized on the basis of different nitrogen sources.
